Texas police say that a tanker truck broke free from the wrecker that was hauling it and crashed into two industrial buildings this morning.

Bump In The Road Frees Tanker From Wrecker

The crash happened just before 6 a.m. on FM 482 near Solms Road in New Braunfels when a wrecker was hauling a disabled tanker truck full of lime powder. According to reports, the wrecker hit a bump in the road, which caused the semi to bounce and to break the safety straps.

The driverless truck rolled through a field and then crashed into two buildings before coming to a stop.

No Injuries Reported

Luckily, both buildings were empty and no one was hurt. None of the the lime powder leaked during the crash.
