Southbound I-35 in Bruceville-Eddy has been closed down for a sixteen vehicle pileup.
The crash happened this afternoon near exit 318A and involved an RV and at least one semi truck.
TxDOT estimates that it may take two or three more hours to clear the crash. Traffic is being detoured.
It is unclear if any injuries occurred during the crash.
The cause of the pileup is still under investigation.
