VIDEO: How To Severely Harass A Truck Driver And Win In Court

Published:

When you see what the white van driver does to the trucker, you’ll be furious. When you learn that courts found that the trucker was at fault during this incident, your blood will boil.

From the video description: “This truck driver was harassed for over 15 miles, on and off, and eventually culminated with the van driver attempting to force the trucker off the road. The trucker went left when he had an opening to get past, the van driver crashes into truck and attempts to drive off. Unfortunately for him, he flattens one of his tires and cannot get far.

The trucker and his company was eventually sued by Allstate Insurance and was found “negligent” and 80% at fault for damages in excess of $4000. Even though the van driver is clearly attempting to cause harm to the trucker….used another vehicle to prevent the trucker from going on down the road….broke the law by slowing down in a passing lane and refused to move to right… attempted to run the truck off the road…crashed into the trucker and continued on down the road…thus leaving the scene of an accident…and even lied on the stand while under oath, as he had another similar incident and denied it.

The citations the van driver received, were all dismissed. He was not arrested for leaving the scene. In court he stated, “He feared for his life”.”
