A truck driver found himself trapped in his cab last week after clipping a power line pole, causing a chain reaction that send live wires falling onto his rig.
Parking Lot Mishap Sends Power Lines Crashing Down
The incident happened on March 3 in Commerce, California as the driver was pulling into a parking lot at Vail Avenue and Elm Street. The truck driver reportedly clipped a power line pole, which in turn brought several other poles crashing down.
Truck Driver Rescued From Dangerous Situation
Live wires fell onto the truck and other vehicles in the parking lot, leaving the truck driver trapped inside his rig until fire and rescue were able to remove the wires and free him.
No one was hurt during the incident.
