Kentucky police have arrested a logging truck driver who went on a highway rampage today because he was angry that he to go to work.
The incident began on I-65 around 6:30 this morning when the driver ran several cars and a bus off the road around mile marker 112.
Angry Trucker Collides With Car, Stop Sign
According to the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Office, the truck driver then rear ended a Cadillac and left the interstate. He collided with a stop sign and narrowly missed running into a pole before coming to a stop in a field in Jefferson Memorial Forest.
No injuries were reported. The identity of the truck driver has not been released, but the truck was a white Freightliner with Texas plates.
Trucker Admits He Was Angry That He Had To Go To Work
When asked about the incident, the truck driver told police that he was mad because he had to work. He was arrested.
The incident is still under investigation.
