Following a fatal multi-vehicle crash on I-90 at the Snoqualmie Pass this morning, a truck driver has been arrested for investigation of vehicular homicide.
The crash involving at least two 18-wheelers and eight other vehicles killed two motorists and injured at least five other people early this morning.
Washington State Trooper Rick Johnson said that further investigation into the crash led to the arrest of the driver of the commercial car hauler.
According to Johnson: “We had a drug recognition expert interview and evaluate this driver, and through that evaluation it led to calling for a blood warrant and he was placed in custody for investigation of vehicular homicide.”
