A fully loaded trucker’s dash cam captures a too-close for comfort cut off maneuver by a Jacksonville police officer.
According to the video description: “I would expect a stunt like this one from a regular driver. Especially the ones in Jacksonville! But not from a sheriff officer. I am driving 80,000 lbs. of tractor trailer at 55 mph and this officer expected me to get out of his way while he merged onto my lane. You can see from the dash cam video that I had to lay on my brakes to avoid hitting him. You can also see that after he cuts me off there is another car that comes into frame to my left so there was no place to go. So, to the sheriff who was driving car #899 on 5/21 in Jacksonville, pay attention and learn how to yield!”
