This video captured on March 17 by CDLLife reader David B. highlights an enormous and dangerous problem the the Canadian border. In the video you can see a backlog of trucks that is a mile long. David suggests that slow computers and a lack of urgency on the part of CBSA officers are to blame for the backups that he says are responsible for at least two deaths.
