No one wants to hit a deer, but it can happen to any driver at any time. This video shared by CDLLife reader Dean Evans shows you just how to react if it happens to you.
Dean said, “My wife (Donna) and I hit a deer this morning in Muscatine Iowa. Just sharing so others can see just how quickly it happens. My wife handled the hit like a pro. She kept it straight with no hard braking and then, when safe, pulled to the side of the road.”
Dean also noted that Donna has only been driving for five months!
