Police To Look At Video To Try To Determine How Fatal Accident Occurred

According to police, the man who was killed was a Walmart forklift driver who was trying to help the truck driver unload a shipment of gardening supplies. The Walmart employee was standing behind the truck to help the driver back up closer to the offloading area when he was somehow run over by the trailer.

It is unclear why the Walmart worker was in the path of the backing truck. Police will check security video to try to learn more about what happened.
