Faulk was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two truck drivers suffered only minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Canadian police are urging truckers to use extra caution as they approach the Blue Water Bridge in the future: “The OPP would like to remind all commercial traffic utilizing westbound 402 Highway while approaching the Blue Water Bridge, to be cognizant of traffic delays, relevant Ministry of Transportation signage and speed.”
Westbound Highway 402 was shut down in the area for 12 hours.
