A FedEx truck driver hauling double trailers says that an object thrown at his windshield caused a rollover crash early this morning.

The incident happened around 1 a.m. in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts. A FedEx truck driver was traveling south on Route 3 near exit 34 when he says that someone on the side of the road threw something at his windshield, causing him to swerve the truck and then to roll over.
No significant injuries were reported.

Massachusetts State Police used a canine unit to search the nearby woods for the object thrown at the truck or the person who threw it, but their search was unsuccessful.
One other driver also told MSP that objects were being thrown at vehicles in the area.
Route 3 has reopened.
