One man is dead and another is in police custody following a deadly altercation between coworkers at a Catoosa trucking company.
The shooting happened yesterday at 1:40 p.m. at a trucking company near East Marshall and 165 East Avenue in the suburbs of Tulsa. Catoosa police say that two coworkers were arguing and that one shot the other. Investigators say that at least three shots were fired.

By the time that police arrived on the scene, the gunshot victim had already passed away.
The shooter went inside the trucking company building when police arrived. Then, according to Catoosa Police Chief Kevin McKim, the suspect “started giving commands, he came out with his hands up and he laid the weapon down inside the building and he did what we asked him to do.”
The suspect was taken to the hospital for treatment of an injury.

Police are not sure what the argument between the victim and the suspect was about. Said McKim, “The two individuals had an altercation; obviously they worked together in the same business. And besides that, we don’t know what the altercation was about or anything like that.”
The names of the victim, suspect, and trucking company have not yet been released.
