Michigan sheriff seeks semi driver who ran fellow trucker off the road, causing rollover crash

The Tuscola County Sheriff’s Office is on the lookout for a truck driver who reportedly swerved into an oncoming truck’s lane, causing a rollover crash.

Trucker Loses Load Of Three Pickup Trucks In Rollover Crash

Police say that the incident occurred on October 4 around 11:30 p.m in Millington Township. According to reports, a 37 year old truck driver was hauling three full sized pickup trucks en route to McDonald Chevrolet in Millington, Michigan.

The truck driver told police that he was traveling eastbound on Birchrun Road when a westbound tractor trailer veered into the eastbound lanes. The trucker “stated he left the roadway (right), lost control and flipped his vehicle and trailer, losing all 3 vehicles he was hauling.

The truck driver suffered only minor injuries in the rollover crash.

Police Seek Information On Suspect Vehicle

The Tuscola County Sheriff’s Office says that a third party has verified that there was another semi truck in the area at the time of the crash.
