Canadian police were not impressed when they spotted a truck driver who attempted to repair his rig with a nylon strap.
The rig with its makeshift repairs was spotted on April 25 on Highway 401 by officers from the Ontario Provincial Police. Police say that the 23 year old truck driver had damaged the truck when he hit a loading dock in Montreal. The driver said that he was en route to Toronto, where he planned to have his rig repaired.
The driver’s truck was towed away and he was charged with driving a truck with a major defect.
