Second truck driver shot in Cleveland, Ohio

Police are still investigating both truck driver shootings in this area; it has yet to be determined if the incidents are related.

On the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, a truck driver was shot yesterday morning, and a second truck driver was shot today around 4:15 a.m.

The second shooting involving a truck driver was reported at the 7800 block of Finney Avenue.

According to Google satellite views, the area in which this shooting occurred was partially residential, but also is the location of MCM Industries CO Inc.

The driver, a 61-year-old man, was shot in the chest.

He was taken to the hospital, his current condition is unknown.

Police are still investigating both truck driver shootings in this area; it has yet to be determined if the incidents are related.

According to Google Maps, the distance between the 2 truck driver shootings is about 6.8 miles, with an estimated traveling time at 15 minutes. 

The shooting that occurred yesterday was an attempted robbery. The truck driver was shot in the leg for refusing to surrender his wallet.
