Three men are facing serious charges after authorities discovered 1000 pounds of liquid methamphetamine in the fuel tank of a semi truck in Kansas City, Kansas.
After being tipped off by a confidential informant, DEA agents were watching a Kansas City business last Friday night. Agents witnessed three men pumping liquid from the truck into five gallon buckets.
Heraclio Estrella-Montero, 30, Yoan Alejandro Castillo-Zamora, 30, and Fernando Chavez-Rodriquez, 40, all hailing from Mexico, were arrested and charged with one count each of possession of meth with intent to distribute.
If they are found guilty, they all face a prison term of not less than 10 years and a fine of up to $10 million.
