A truck driver lost his life early this morning at a UPS facility in on the north east side of San Antonio, Texas.

According to reports, the incident happened around 5:00 a.m. Fifty-nine year old truck driver Terry Lee Sawyer was working to connect his truck to double box trailers Wheeler reportedly exited the cab of the truck to apply the airbrakes to the second trailer.
Police say that the truck’s emergency brakes were not set and that the truck started to roll. Wheeler allegedly tried to stop the rolling truck but somehow fell underneath the truck’s wheels.
Wheeler was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
