Trucker Territory Shines Their Headlights On Truckers

Published:

Within the past year or two, we’ve noticed the good work happening at a new trucking destination – TruckerTerritory.com. It’s recently picked up steam in becoming an online and social platform for truckers with smart, real and relevant content that drivers old and new can relate to.

The site, and their Facebook page, with over 15,000 followers, delivers a variety of content from articles and photos to videos and podcasts that are not only engaging, but also enlightening for truckers. Healthy yet hearty recipes, fitness tips, comics, puzzles, owner-operator podcasts and original driving music are just a taste of what they’re sharing.

It’s the ‘Truckers of America’ documentary style videos within the “Stories” section, though, that truly hits home on what OTR drivers experience day in and day out. Here truckers tell their stories from their experiences behind the wheel. From humor to wisdom to advice and everything in between, the vignettes paint an authentic and honest story.

Their social followers seem to welcome this truthful approach as well – often leaving commentary of thanks and praise for posting such an accurate depiction of the trucker lifestyle. It’s this kind of engagement that’s evolving their Facebook page into an active community filled with conversation and empathy among fellow drivers.

Sure, Trucker Territory is from Progressive Commercial – and they sell insurance. But so far, the only thing they’re selling is gratitude and appreciation for the hard-working trucker.
