A UPS delivery truck partially fell through a small bridge in Catlett, Virginia yesterday afternoon.
Bridge Collapses While UPS Driver Attempts Delivery
According to the Catlett Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department, the UPS driver was en route to make a delivery when he decided to cross a single lane bridge constructed with a metal truss system and wood decking.
The bridge, which had a posted weight limit of four tons, was unable to support the weight of the truck and collapsed.
The driver wasn’t hurt.
