Caught between two serious crashes on the highway, the Vermont DOT asks a truck driver to do a tough U-Turn to detour.

From the dash cammer: “There were 2 seperate accidents.. 3-4 semis rear ended and a mile up from that was a 4 wheeler fatality, hit the median and they speculate that the driver overcorrected. This was the direction from Vermont DOT….”
