VIDEO: Close Call With Tiny Tornado On Texas Highway

On I-45 in Houston, a driver has to contend not only with a tornado but also a wrong-way motorist fleeing from the storm.

Said Austin Shepherd, “When we got up close on it, and it was crossing the roadway, the 18-wheeler started to shake a little bit. Now it didn’t lift it up any. But that’s a heavy truck. It was scary.”
