VIDEO: Dramatic Marquam Bridge hay truck rollover crash believed to be caught on camera

In the video you can see that the truck is cut off by a passenger vehicle a few seconds before it crashes, but some say speed was to blame.

A YouTuber has posted dash cam video that he says depicts the terrifying rollover crash on I-5 over the Marquam Bridge in Portland, Oregon on Monday.

Rollover Crash Caught On Camera

YouTuber hassan hassan added a video entitled “Semi truck rollover crash on Marquam bridge I-5 NB on November 29“. The dash cam video, captured by another vehicle’s rear-facing camera, captures a violent rollover truck crash. In the video, you can see a passenger vehicle cut right in front of the truck a few seconds seconds before the crash.

Rollover Crash Shuts Down Part Of Northbound I-5 For Seven Hours

On Monday around 4:40 a.m. a truck driver hauling 25 tons of hay from Junction City to Tacoma lost control on the bridge near the I-84 ramp. No citations have been issued at this time.

The truck driver was not seriously hurt in the crash.

The northbound lanes of I-5 over the Marquam Bridge were shut down for seven hours while crews cleaned up hay and removed the crashed truck. Around $5000 worth of hay were lost in the crash.

The Oregon Department of Transportation shared numerous photos of the overturned truck.
