Though it looks like maybe the truck blew a steer tire, the dash cammer, who also stayed on the scene to help the concussed trucker said, “He had a dog loose in his truck, a little jack Russell. The dog ran under his feet and when he tried to pickup the dog, he turned the wheel instead.“
