If the dash cammer had been a little more alert, he might have realized that the trucker was changing lanes and given him the room that he needed.

Indicating that you plan to change lanes obviously doesn’t give you the right to do so, but wouldn’t this be a nicer world if drivers paid attention and respected others enough to prevent totally avoidable crashes like this one?
