A motorist’s dash cam captures the moment that a semi struck a barrier, causing a massive explosion on on I-75 in Pasco County, Florida, on June 9.
The 69 year old truck driver, Eddy Quintana Perez, survived the crash. He is being treated for burns to over 40% of his body.
