The YouTuber says that a car was damaged and a main water line was cut when a truck driver tried to make a U-Turn in a tight spot.

“This occurred at 6:10 AM PST on 10/18/17. Schneider truck driver tries to make a U-turn without sufficient space to do so, and hit a parked car, causing significant damage to the vehicle. As the truck tries to leave the scene of the accident, without leaving any contact information, it causes further damage to the property. Curb was damaged, and a main water line was cut as well.”
