The driver of the white van in this video is sure upset about something when he comes to a complete stop in front of a semi on the highway.
From the dash cammer, “No earthly idea what the hell he was doing besides being a complete a$$. As you can see he passed us just fine, then for some unknown reason decides he needs to get in front of us and come to a complete stop. He eventually went over to the shoulder. My only guess is that he missed his exit.“
