Troopers Still Investigating What Caused SUV To Lose Control
The crash happened on northbound I-5.
As you watch the video, you can see the driver of an SUV leave his or her lane and crash head on with a jersey barrier. This collision sent the SUV spinning wildly across two lanes of traffic — and directly into the path of the dash cammer’s tanker truck.
The truck driver was unable to avoid the sudden crash.
The SUV driver suffered only minor injuries. A service dog inside the SUV died in the crash. The truck driver was not hurt.
