Motorists captured bizarre video of a man who climbed on top of a semi in a futile attempt to escape from Minnesota State Troopers on I-94 on March 19.
In the video, you can see the man attempting to flag down other vehicles before he runs down the interstate, climbs up on the passenger side of the truck, and eventually makes his way up to the truck’s trailer.
The move did not delay troopers from arresting the man for long. He has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
