Westbound I-90 Through Snoqualmie Pass Closed For Lumber Truck Crash

A lumber truck crash has shut down the westbound lanes of I-90 through Snoqualmie Pass.

Washington State Police say that the crash happened around 10:30 a.m. at mile marker 52.

It isn’t clear what caused the crash or whether any other vehicles were involved. Troopers on scene report only minor injuries.

Eastbound I-90 was also closed down for snow removal, but those lanes reopened around noon.

The incident has caused heavy traffic backups. WSDOT said as of 3:19 p.m. that there is no estimated time for reopening.
