The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is reminding truck drivers to check their loads after spotting this load on a truck going 31 miles over the speed limit.
CHP – Fort Tejon – Grapevine writes:
“We all know the importance of checking your load frequently and here is a great example why you should. This rig was stopped by Fort Tejon CHP for going 66 in a 35 mph zone. As the Officer made the approach, he noticed the unsafe load. The Officer escorted the unsafe truck to the CHP Grapevine Inspection Facility for a full inspection. Several other violations were found and a ticket was issued.
Please check your load. It could save a life.”
