A driver recently shared video footage of trucks lined up along the shoulder of the interstate at two a.m. because he says that the drivers ran out of time on their clocks.
The video, shared by YouTuber BlogCamionneur.Com, was published on December 27, 2017 — just days after the ELD Mandate went into effect. In the video, the driver says that he captured the footage on southbound I-95 coming out of Washington.
The video is captioned, “Trucks are forced to park on the side of the road for lack of time caused by the electronic log.”
