Police in New Hampshire are reporting that several tractor trailers were involved in a pileup crash on a slick roadway this morning.
The crash happened just before 7 a.m. on Friday, December 28 on I-89 in Concord, New Hampshire, according to the Concord Monitor. Snow and ice were reported on the road at the time of the crash.
Authorities say that four tractor trailers, a box truck, and three passenger vehicles all collided in the northbound lanes of I-89 near Exit 3. Two of the vehicles were reportedly leaking fuel after the crash.

No serious injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash is still being investigated, but New Hampshire State Police say that weather contributed to the collision: “A storm front consisting of snow and freezing rain had moved through the area, causing the roadway to become covered in ice, making driving treacherous. The ice covered roadway contributed to the cause of these collisions.”
Troopers say that no enforcement action has been taken against any of the drivers involved in the crash at this time.
The crash shut down all lanes of northbound I-89 for hours, but the interstate had partially reopened as of 9:30 a.m. Heavy traffic backups have been reported in the area.
