Police Identify Driver

The driver, 47-year-old Bobby Blevins Jr., was found unconscious on the side of the road near Mordor Drive and Furnace Road around 6 a.m. on March 15th. As paramedics administered medical attention, they noticed that the metal arm of the extended truck cover appeared to be in contact with the overhead wires along the roadway.

Blevins Jr. was transported to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead a short time later. It is still unclear why the truck cover was being extended. The incident is still under investigation.
