The driver, 47-year-old Bobby Blevins Jr., was found unconscious on the side of the road near Mordor Drive and Furnace Road around 6 a.m. on March 15th. As paramedics administered medical attention, they noticed that the metal arm of the extended truck cover appeared to be in contact with the overhead wires along the roadway.
