A car driver displays some serious lack of judgment when he comes to a near stop on an Atlanta highway, then cuts across two lanes in front of a semi truck — all to make his exit.

“While traveling on I-285 around Atlanta, I encountered someone who obviously missed their exit. Instead of continuing to the next exit and turning around, they decide to stop on the highway and cross 2 lanes of traffic sideways. Don’t be like this driver. I did let them know how I felt with my horn.”
