YouTube user Jeff Lee posted the video on July 4. He writes, “A white Chevy Malibu pitted himself around the front of a SEMI and caused us to crash into the center divider when they entered our lane. A near miss for us who with quick reflexes managed to avoid a head-on in our 02′ Prius. The semi as seen in the video did not stop and was never located and declared a Felony Hit and Run.Insurance and CHP were both provided this video evidence.”
