The crash occurred on eastbound Route 22 in Burrell Township, Pennsylvania, on November 13.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, 40 year old New England-based truck driver Hunter Geslien was traveling too fast with a trailer loaded with scrap metal when he ran a red light and struck five other vehicles waiting at the intersection. The dash cam video comes from one of the vehicles involved in the crash, which was a school van that was transporting special education students.
