VIDEO: Trucker tailgates car inches away in winter storm

In this video, the dash cammer is clearly stunned to see a fellow trucker with the nose of his truck mere inches away from the tail of a passenger vehicle in winter weather conditions.

In the dash cam video from YouTuber Hard_at_it, you can see a truck come up on a black SUV in the center lane with effectively no room between the nose of his truck and the bumper of the car. The SUV driver appears undaunted by the truck breathing down his neck and even delivers a little brake check.
