Watch as a semi truck runs rampant on a Houston highway

A motorist captured unusual video of an out of control semi truck in a construction zone in Houston, Texas last week.

The video was captured by Herman Hu on northbound Highway 290 around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday night.

Hu told Click2Houston that as he was filming the truck weaving in the construction zone, it ran over cones, a flashing arrow sign, and finally, a sound barrier. In the video, you can also see the semi truck crash into a pickup.

It isn’t clear why the truck driver was driving so erratically, but Hu later said that the truck driver was not conscious during the incident.

The incident remains under investigation.
