Woman and two kids survive insane Prius vs. semi truck smash up

A woman and two children were lucky to suffer only minor injuries following a crash with a semi truck that left a Toyota Prius almost unrecognizable.

The crash took place just before 7 a.m. on September 25 on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Lancaster County, according to Penn Live.

Pennsylvania State Police say that the crash happened in the westbound lanes of the Pennsylvania Turnpike at mile marker 281  as the woman driving the Prius attempted to pass a tractor trailer. She lost control, crashing into the truck and then into the concrete barrier.
