Federal investigators are on the scene after a van explosion killed one person and injured another at a trucking company in Pennsylvania this morning.

The explosion happened at 9:30 a.m. at JP Donmoyer Inc. in Ono, Pennsylvania, according to Fox 43.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, a truck driver was parking his tractor trailer in the company’s back lot just before the explosion. A worker in a nearby van was waiting to give the truck driver a ride back to the main building. Police say that as the truck driver was about to get inside the van, the vehicle exploded.

The van driver was killed in the explosion. The truck driver suffered non life-threatening injuries.

The van was a maintenance vehicle and contained oxygen tanks, an air compressor, and gasoline, according to Pennsylvania Trooper David Beohm.

Foul play is not suspected at this time, but the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and OSHA are investigating the incident.
