A semi truck got very stuck under a railroad bridge

Maryland State Police say that a semi truck tried to squeeze under a CSX bridge — and failed — earlier today.

The stuck truck was reported on the morning of Friday, July 12, in Frederick, Maryland.

Troopers said that the semi truck got stuck as it tried to pass under the CSX bridge on Route 75 south of I-70.

Both the bridge and the semi truck suffered substantial damage but no one was hurt.

In images captured at the scene and shared by Maryland troopers, you can see that the bridge is marked at 12’6″.

Crews had the truck cleared by around noon on Friday.
