Texas authorities say that they may issue citations after a two semi truck crash that was caused by a car driver’s careless maneuver.
The crash occurred around 12:40 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, near Perry, Texas, according to a report from KBTX.
Authorities say that two semi trucks were traveling northbound on Highway 6 when a passenger vehicle cut off one of the trucks, causing the truck driver to change lanes to avoid a collision.
The two trucks collided, sending a load of pipes from one truck crashing through the cab of the other truck. The second truck was reportedly dragged by the first truck as a result of the crash.
Remarkably, both truck drivers walked away from the crash unharmed.
The Texas Department of Transportation says that they are still investigating the crash and that citations are possible for the driver responsible.
