Flood left Texas truck stop under water, drivers stranded

Dramatic video and photos posted to social media show drivers stranded by flooding in Beaumont, Texas, yesterday.

On Thursday and Friday, a number of truckers shared images and video of submerged semi trucks at the Petro truck stop in Beaumont, Texas.

Luckily, the flood waters are starting to recede and many truckers report that they’ve made their way out of high water situations.

Flood waters have subsided and our Petro site #304 in Beaumont, TX (I-10, Exit 848) is now accessible. Diesel, gasoline, TA Truck Service and the Black Bear Diner are back open. Please remain safe on the roads, as there is still high water in some areas.
