High speed police chase ends with a bang in crazy video

Published:

The dramatic end to a police pursuit involving the Georgia State Patrol and an unsuspecting truck driver was caught on camera in Jessup, Georgia, on Monday.

The incident started on Monday afternoon after police received a call about a vehicle allegedly stolen by 21 year old North Carolina gang members Daijon Tanner and Ray Jordan Jr., First Coast News reports.

Officers located the vehicle and began a pursuit from Long County into Wayne County at speeds of over 100 m.p.h.

The pursuit ended around 3:30 p.m. when Tanner swerved to avoid stop sticks and crashed head-on into a semi truck.

Police were eventually able to take both Tanner and Jordan into custody.

Tanner faces several charges including theft by receiving stolen property, reckless driving, and attempt to elude. Jordan had a previous warrant for felony armed burglary.

Jordan suffered a fractured hand in the crash. No one else was hurt.

You can see video of the abrupt end to the police pursuit below.

Georgia State Patrol vehicle chase ends in their favor. Driver is going to be feeling that one in the morning when he wakes up at CDC.I downloaded the original video and fixed it for this re-upload. I'm deleting the other post. Lesson learned from this? Don't film vertically. That's the real crime here.
