Yesterday the Kansas Highway Patrol asked for help locating a truck driver who was behind the wheel during a violent crash involving multiple semi trucks in mid-September.

On October 1, Trooper Tod KHP Hays, Kansas shared a Facebook post in an attempt to connect with a truck driver involved in a serious crash:

We would like to make contact with the truck driver who took this video so we can have more information about this crash.

The crash happened on 9/14/2019 around 1:00 pm in Ellis County, Kansas. If you have any information about this, please message me.

Thank you all for your assistance and please drive safe everyone! 😔

The crash occurred when 40 year old motorist Monica Miller crossed though the median on I-70 and crashed into oncoming semi trucks. Miller was taken to the hospital but eventually passed away from her injuries, the Hays Daily News reports.

Truck drivers Daniel Czauz, 44, and Donald R. Ryman, 57, were not hurt in the crash.
