A motorist recorded and shared an unusual event that she spotted on a Portland highway.
The video clip was shared by Facebook user Shawnee Nicole on Tuesday, October 8.
Nicole wrote: “At 1am this morning! Ignore my ignorant comments and laugh but I swear I can’t make this sh*t up!! All jokes aside I really hope he got off okay though! #keepportlandweird!”
