Police say that they are looking for a motorist who got into an altercation with a truck driver in the middle of a busy expressway last Friday.
The incident was caught on dash cam on October 11 around 4:30 a.m. on the Staten Island Expressway, according to ABC7NY.
The altercation started after a motorist with New Jersey license plates stopped in front of a semi truck on the Staten Island Expressway near Clove Road.
Both the motorist and truck driver exited their vehicles and a physical fight ensued.
Two bystanders broke up the physical fight, but then the motorist used a baseball bat to smash the semi truck, causing damage to the headlights, windows, and mirrors.
The truck driver wasn’t hurt during the fight.
